Palau Carolines Resort

Palau Carolines Resort offers an intimate island experience in the heart of the Pacific islands. I had my own private bungalow which is inspired by Palau's nature and environment. Each private bungalow has a balcony overlooking the ocean and rock islands, A/C, TV, internet and much more. Palau Carolines Resort is the unique resort in Palau. Each room is actually a private, hand crafted bungalows.

The bungalows are modelled after traditional Palauan architecture using local materials such as bamboo, mahogany, and mangrove. Each bungalow has a private balcony to enjoy the spectacular view and wonderful sunset from the room. The resort currently boast a modest, 8 private bungalows situated on a secluded hilltop over looking the beautiful Pacific ocean.

I arrived at Palau Carolines Resort in the middle of the night but immediately fell in love with the resort. My own bungalow was adorable! It had a very cozy bed and a tv connected to Netflix that I definitely took advantage of during my stay.

When I woke up the next morning things only got better even though they were already great. I had no idea the view outside of my room would be so breathtaking. It was truly one of the most amazing sights to wake up to! I then had breakfast delivered to my room by the very sweet lady who cooks and cleans for the property. She was so very kind.

I spent my entire first day on Palau resting in my bungalow and it was a fantastic day. I could not get enough of the amazing view! The entire property is magnificent with every bungalow having the sea view.

During my second day in Palau, the Palau Carolines Resort van took me into the city to visit the local museum. I really appreciated all of their help with transportation, as they helped with transport to and from the airport as well.

The staff were all so incredible. Everyone that I met was so friendly and really passed along the great island vibes and culture. I think my favorite part about Palau Carolines Resort was how it felt like a resort but also felt very local at the same time. It was truly the perfect place to stay in such a unique country like Palau!
